Introduction and Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between the 399bid platform and its users. By accessing 399bid through its website, mobile version, or any other means, or by registering an account, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms. Account Registration and Eligibility

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

399bid reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. A national identity card, birth registration certificate, or other valid document may be requested for verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Betting Rules and Conditions

3.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are considered valid after final confirmation. 399bid reserves the right to cancel or amend bets that remain in an uncertain state due to technical issues or website errors. For live betting, bet acceptance may close after an event has started.

3.2 Maximum and Minimum Bet Amounts

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for each event and market. 399bid reserves the right to change these limits at any time. Current limits are always displayed on the platform.

3.3 Match Cancellation or Postponement

If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned, the related bets will be considered void and the bet amount will be returned to the user's balance. However, if the match is completed within a rescheduled timeframe, that result may apply — subject to specific conditions.

3.4 Fraud and Irregularities

399bid reserves the right to void bets placed by taking advantage of match fixing, corrupt information, or any other irregularity. Accounts involved in such activity will be permanently closed and balances may be forfeited.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

399bid currently accepts deposits via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, though this time may increase in cases requiring identity verification or security checks.

• Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be limited until deposited funds have been used in betting at least once.
• Funds earned from bonuses must meet specific wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• In cases of suspicious transactions, 399bid may initiate additional verification procedures.

4.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). There is currently no option to transact in any other currency.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members have the opportunity to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500; depositing ৳28,000 gives a bonus of ৳20,000 (maximum limit), making the total balance ৳48,000.

5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Each bonus offer has its own expiry — unused bonuses will be cancelled after the expiry date.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirements are met.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be claimed at the same time, unless stated otherwise in a specific offer.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses will result in account cancellation.
• 399bid reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.

5.3 VIP and Cashback Program

Active members can advance through 5 VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each level: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, 0.8% at Platinum, and 1.0% at Diamond. Advancement to higher levels depends on a member's activity and engagement on the platform.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 399bid platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in immediate account closure and balances may be forfeited:

• Opening an account with false information while being a minor.
• Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name.
• Manipulating the system to take advantage of bonuses or promotions (bonus abuse).
• Placing bets using match fixing or insider information.
• Operating an account using bots, automated software, or any other technical means.
• Placing bets using third-party funds or engaging in money laundering.
• Interfering with the platform's security systems or attempting to hack.
• Deceiving, threatening, or harassing other users.

Intellectual Property

All content on the 399bid platform — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, databases, and other elements — is the exclusive property of 399bid. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use this content for commercial purposes.

Content from third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe) is protected by their respective intellectual property laws, and 399bid uses that content only under proper licensing.

Data Privacy

Protecting users' personal information is one of 399bid's top priorities. Information provided at registration is kept secure through SSL encryption technology. Personal information may be shared with third parties only for identity verification, payment processing, or legal obligations.
